Easy Drop provides secure, self-service locker rentals for flexible daily use, available during operating hours as specified on our platform.



Locker Usage Guidelines

What items can be stored?
Subject to the restrictions detailed in the “Usage Limitations” section, customers may store personal belongings that fit within the designated locker dimensions, ensuring that items are placed in a way that avoids overloading or obstructing closure.

Can the locker be accessed multiple times during the rental period?


Yes. EasyDrop operates as a self-service luggage storage facility. Customers may open and re-access their locker(s) as often as needed during the active rental period.

RESERVATIONS & ACCESS


To reserve a locker with EasyDrop, users must meet the following conditions:
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Accurately complete the required fields on the online reservation form (including full name and email address).
• Agree to the terms of service and usage policy.
• Consent to EasyDrop data processing terms as outlined below.
Upon completion of the booking process, a confirmation email will be issued containing:
• The assigned locker number(s)
• Reserved date(s)
• Corresponding access code(s)

DATA PRIVACY NOTICE


Data Controller: Easy Drop Ltd.
Purpose:
• To manage and fulfill locker reservations.
• To send promotional communications (with consent).
Legal Basis:
• Contractual necessity for fulfilling reservations.
• Consent for marketing correspondence.
Recipients:
Data is not shared with third parties unless legally mandated.
Data Subject Rights:
You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, oppose, or delete your data. Requests should be submitted in writing with a valid ID to admin@easydropmalta.com.
Surveillance:
All EasyDrop facilities are equipped with 24/7 CCTV systems to ensure security and proper usage of locker units. Notice of surveillance is clearly displayed, in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
Retention:
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
International Transfers:
No personal data is transferred outside the jurisdiction. No automated decision-making is applied.

LOCKER TYPES & CAPACITY


EasyDrop offers two locker sizes:
• Medium – 52x40x85 cm: Fits 1 large suitcase + 1 backpack or 3 cabin bags
• Large – 62x40x85 cm: Fits 4 cabin bags or 1 large suitcase
Ensure that items placed do not exceed the locker’s volume or the maximum permitted weight of 30 kg.

TERMS OF USE & PROHIBITED ITEMS


User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Use lockers solely to store personal items for short-term storage
• Properly secure the locker after each use
• Avoid storing illegal, hazardous, or restricted items
• Not share access credentials with third parties
• Keep the space clean and report issues to support@easydropmalta.com
• Leave the locker in good condition at the end of the rental
Prohibited Contents Include:
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives
• Illegal substances
• Toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials
• Animals or perishable food items
• Items requiring licenses (e.g., weapons)
• Valuables such as cash, jewelry, or electronics (use is at your own risk)
Use Restrictions:
• Lockers must not be used to facilitate third-party goods exchange
• Customers should not linger in the facility beyond what is necessary
• Eating, drinking, or taking photos/videos is not permitted inside

LIABILITY & INSURANCE


EasyDrop provides insurance coverage for third-party property stored in its lockers up to €500, including the container. Claims must be accompanied by a police report.
Disclaimer:
EasyDrop is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from customer negligence, including:
• Failure to properly secure locker doors
• Damage caused during storage
• Forgotten or uncollected belongings
Complaints Policy:
Complaints must be submitted in writing with relevant documentation to info@easydropmalta.com no later than five (5) days after service usage.

EasyDrop shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from services not directly related to the locker rental service, including but not limited to accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, or any other third-party services such as hotels, flights, or taxis. The company’s liability for any claims directly related to the locker rental service is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific rental period.


Force Majeure:
EasyDrop will not be held liable for failure to deliver services due to extraordinary events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, public emergencies, or criminal acts.
